Topic 1: My Outlook isn't getting any new messages/appears to be 'Offline'?

Step 1: Look at the bottom right hand corner of Outlook to check if you are in offline mode (Circled in Picture)

Step 2: Click on the word 'Offline' to bring up a menu. Click on 'Work Offline' to uncheck it and return to online mode.

Step 3: As your Outlook connects and returns to Online mode, you will see the word Offline change to 'Connected'. Done!
