Sensory Awareness: Looking at our 7 Senses and how they can Impact your Child's Daily Life

At this session, parents will learn how a child's sensory needs can affect engagement and participation in daily life. A brief overview will be done with parents to help them gain an understanding of the seven senses and how sensory information affects things like dressing, eating, bathing, behaviors, sleeping and sometimes unexpected behaviors. Basic ideas to help your child at home will be shared.
